Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Proven soldering skills, especially with SMT and PCB assemblies
- Working knowledge of component identification and assembly processes
- Ability to use a microscope for precision work
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- IPC 610 / J-STD 001 Certification preferred
