Duties & Responsibilities

- Operate SMT machines and PC-based control systems, including loading production programs and monitoring equipment performance.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of feeders and electronic components during production runs.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of completed PCBs to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential defects.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and ensure all production steps are completed accurately.
- Identify and report any quality issues or defects promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning machines and changing reels, to support ongoing production activities.
- Record production data, update tracking systems, and assist with inventory control and overstock management.

Qualifications & Requirements
