Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components with high precision, following detailed schematics, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to determine root causes of system malfunctions, implementing effective repairs and solutions.
- Calibrate and adjust sensors, actuators, and control systems to meet stringent performance requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of electromechanical systems.
- Maintain meticulous records of testing, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical feedback, assisting in the development and enhancement of new and existing products.
- Support the setup, validation, and commissioning of new equipment and production processes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
- Comply with all safety protocols and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing or research and development environment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians, contributing to team knowledge and skill development.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an Electromechanical Technician or similar technical role.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Experience with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement devices including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calipers.
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, motors, sensors, and mechanical assemblies.
- Demonstrated experience with soldering and wiring techniques.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with diagnostic software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
