Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations in accordance with verbal and written instructions, technical drawings, and schematics
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components to precise specifications
- Initiate and contribute to process improvement efforts within the assigned work area
- Read, interpret, and implement instructions from prints and technical diagrams
- Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety in all assembly tasks

Qualifications & Requirements
