The Electro-Mechanical Assembler position requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience, with a strong foundation in both production techniques and technical knowledge. A high school diploma is required, and those with additional college coursework are preferred. Applicants must demonstrate effective communication skills in English and be able to work a standard 40-hour week or more as necessary to fulfill project demands.
