Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Summary- Performs both electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Interprets and follows formal procedures and blueprints to ensure quality and accuracy
- Executes setups and adjustments to maintain tolerances according to specifications
- Perform repetitive tasks efficiently on the assembly line
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions from formal procedures
- Install components, complete wiring, perform hand soldering, and assemble cable harnesses on units
- Set up equipment and make necessary adjustments while adhering to blueprint tolerances
- Maintain accurate records and complete all paperwork associated with assigned work tasks
- Lift or move materials typically weighing up to 15 pounds
