To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience with electrical installations, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to install conduit up to 1 inch. Familiarity with low voltage HVAC, access systems, and fire alarm installations is essential. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the US are required. Candidates should be prepared to obtain a government badge for site access, which includes passing an extensive background check. While not mandatory, an associate degree or vocational technical training and experience with Building Automation Systems are highly regarded.
