The Electrical Technician will work with a variety of electrical installations, including conduit installation up to 1", and must be familiar with reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and control schematics.
This role also involves the installation of low voltage HVAC systems, access control, and fire alarm systems, making it essential for the Electrical Technician to be versatile and well-versed in multiple aspects of electrical work. The position may require travel to different job sites, including facilities where government clearance is necessary. Therefore, candidates must be prepared to pass an extensive background check and obtain a government badge when required.
To qualify for the Electrical Technician role, candidates should have at least one year of experience with electrical installations and must hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational technical training or an associate degree is considered a plus, as is experience with Building Automation Systems. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and must be authorized to work in the US.
