- Interpret blueprints, schematics, technical documents, and specifications accurately.

- Educate clients on the operation, maintenance, and safety of their electrical systems.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, or service electrical work, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
- Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, testing instruments, and soldering equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and operational documents.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions, decimals, multiplication, and division.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly experienced in field electrical service work with a strong safety record.
