Electrical Helper - Summary
As an Electrical Helper, you will work closely with skilled electrical installers and foremen, assisting them with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems on a variety of job sites. You will be responsible for tasks such as preparing materials, organizing tools, following safety protocols, and supporting the completion of projects according to quality standards and deadlines. This position requires travel to various job sites and may include attending training sessions and meetings to enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist electrical installers and foremen with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for job site tasks.
- Follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines to complete work efficiently and safely.
- Support troubleshooting and identification of electrical issues under supervision.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Participate in training and meetings as required to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Travel to different job sites and company locations as needed for project assignments and training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel to job sites and company events.
- Ability to travel to job sites and attend manufacturer representative trainings or office meetings as needed.
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or one to two years of vocational or technical training in electrical or related field.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods in the electrical industry.
