Electrical Foreman - Summary- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites
- Coordinate project phases from pre-construction to completion
- Ensure compliance with safety, budget, and quality standards
- Serve as a key liaison between field teams, management, and clients
- Promote a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Supervise and guide electrical crews during all project phases
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety practices and procedures
- Interpret and review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate day-to-day job site activities
- Order materials and manage job site logistics for timely project delivery
- Identify and communicate potential change orders and project adjustments
- Ensure accurate as-built documentation is maintained
- Complete required administrative paperwork, including daily reports, timesheets, and look-ahead schedules
- Monitor progress to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Foster effective communication with team members, management, and clients
- Remain solutions-focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations

- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to interpret and communicate blueprints and technical documentation
- Proven ability to manage crews and maintain project schedules
- Working knowledge of NEC codes; Journeyman Electrician license is preferred
- Organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software is beneficial
- Valid driver's license is required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
- Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork abilities
