Electrical Foreman - Summary- Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on various projects
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions efficiently and accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines
- Interpret mechanical drawings and control schematics
- Support the integration of innovative building automation and energy solutions
- Oversee all aspects of electrical installation projects, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process
- Perform detailed inspections and utilize advanced testing devices to locate system faults
- Diagnose malfunctions using specialized computer software and visual assessments
- Direct, train, and mentor installation team members to promote skill development and a safe work environment
- Coordinate project schedules and collaborate with other stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Install conduit up to 1 inch, low voltage HVAC, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Interpret and work from mechanical drawings and control schematics
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations
- Prepare for and pass background checks for government site access as required

- Minimum of one year experience in electrical installations
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in conduit installation (up to 1 inch)
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and control schematics
- Experience with installation of low voltage HVAC, access control, and fire alarm systems
- Authorization to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Preparedness to pass extensive background checks for government site access
- Preferred: Associate degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training
- Preferred: Experience with building automation systems
