Electrical Foreman - Summary- Lead and supervise commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish
- Ensure job site execution aligns with company standards for safety, quality, and productivity
- Act as the main point of contact for field crews and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Develop and execute work plans based on project drawings and specifications

- Take full ownership of job site operations, ensuring projects progress from rough-in to completion
- Lead, motivate, and hold field crews accountable to achieve production targets
- Translate project drawings and specifications into actionable tasks for crews
- Drive project schedules by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades to streamline workflow
- Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant codes
- Oversee manpower planning, material management, and tool utilization
- Address and resolve on-site challenges in real time, including design discrepancies and manpower needs
- Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen, fostering a strong team dynamic
- Maintain clear communication with project leadership regarding progress, risks, and requirements
- Keep job sites organized, clean, and prepared for inspections at all times

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction with proven leadership abilities at the Foreman level
- Demonstrated success in managing projects and delivering results on time
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, installations, and job sequencing
- Strong plan-reading skills and ability to anticipate and resolve issues independently
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant local codes
- Track record of effective crew leadership and ability to drive productivity
- Experience with fast-paced projects and demanding schedules
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
