Electrical Engineering Lead (PE) - Summary
- Lead the technical execution and quality assurance of electrical engineering projects.
- Oversee design processes and ensure project deliverables meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical leadership for all electrical engineering aspects of assigned projects.
- Serve as Engineer of Record when required, ensuring all documentation and design meet professional standards.
- Manage project tasks such as cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish, develop, and implement electrical engineering standards, best practices, and technical guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Review and approve design documentation, verifying compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
- Deliver mentorship and training for junior engineers, supporting their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate effectively with internal multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory officials to facilitate project progress and resolve technical issues.
- Provide informed technical recommendations and cost-effective solutions throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Ability to qualify for professional engineering licensure in Tennessee.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
- Deep understanding of electrical design codes, standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
