We are seeking an experienced and innovative Electrical Engineer (EE) to join our dynamic engineering team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, testing, and optimization of advanced pressure and temperature sensor products. Our technology portfolio includes pressure transducers and transmitters utilizing cutting-edge silicone piezoresistive MEMS, Thin Film, Capacitive, and SOI sensors, as well as wire wound RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors) for precision temperature sensing. As an Electrical Engineer (EE), you will work under the general direction of senior engineering staff, collaborating closely with project engineers, engineering managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable sensor products. Your core responsibilities will involve executing sensor design, prototyping, testing, and calibration activities, as well as providing technical guidance in applying both military and commercial specifications to ensure product excellence. You will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art pressure and temperature measurement equipment, participate in technical proposals, and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.

Electrical Engineer (EE) - Summary
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of advanced pressure and temperature sensor products.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute sensor design, prototyping, and testing activities under the guidance of senior staff.
- Work with project engineers or managers to define and develop design concepts that meet or exceed customer needs.
- Review and interpret customer specifications; assist in creating technical proposals for new sensor applications.
- Analyze, interpret, and apply military and commercial specifications to ensure product compliance and performance.
- Conduct hands-on sensor testing using various pressure, temperature, and electronic measurement equipment.
- Perform calibration and temperature compensation on pressure sensors to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Prototype and test new sensor designs to verify operational performance under real-world conditions.
- Propose technical solutions, prepare comprehensive reports, and maintain detailed engineering documentation.
- Participate in technical meetings, reviews, and interface with both hardware/software resources and manufacturing engineers to facilitate seamless product development and production readiness.
- Perform digital and analog design analysis, including generation of schematic diagrams, assembly drawings, parts lists, system interconnection drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with programmable analog sensor signal conditioners, LabVIEW software, or Python is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field required.
- Demonstrated experience in sensor design, development, and testing is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in digital and analog circuit design, schematic generation, and system documentation.
- Experience with sensor calibration, temperature compensation, and hands-on prototyping.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical standards, including military and commercial specifications.
- Familiarity with programmable analog sensor signal conditioners, LabVIEW, or Python is advantageous.
