Ecommerce UX Analyst - Summary- Remote role focused on evaluating and improving e-commerce website and mobile app user experiences
- Contribute to digital product optimization by identifying usability issues and recommending solutions
- Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to implement best-in-class e-commerce practices
- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on e-commerce platforms, including browsing, cart management, checkout, and post-purchase processes
- Identify friction points, confusing navigation elements, or design flaws that may impact the user journey
- Document findings with clarity, providing actionable recommendations for improvements
