- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, project management, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, music business, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Merchandising, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office)
- Experience with project management software (such as Monday.com or Asana) is a plus
- Working knowledge of Shopify Plus
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
