In this highly visible position, you will manage a complex B2B product catalog, support customer-specific functionality such as account-based purchasing and self-service tools, and implement strategies to improve product discoverability through advanced taxonomy, filtering, and recommendations. Ecommerce Manager - Summary- Lead the management and optimization of a B2B digital commerce channel
- Drive site operations, product discoverability, and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Support revenue growth and operational excellence in a dynamic environment
- Oversee daily eCommerce site operations, including merchandising updates, category management, promotions, and site readiness
- Support B2B commerce features such as customer-specific pricing and account-based purchasing
- Improve product discoverability through taxonomy, filtering, sorting, and personalized recommendations
- Partner with internal teams for product launches, campaigns, and customer experience enhancements
- Coordinate with developers, agencies, and vendors for platform updates, integrations, and releases
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, average order value, cart abandonment)
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving site performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for eCommerce processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, IT, operations, sales, and marketing
- Support expansion into new markets and assist in executing the eCommerce development roadmap

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or site operations
- Proven experience managing operations within an eCommerce platform (Shopify Plus or similar)
- Expertise in onsite merchandising, navigation, search/filtering, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing vendor or agency relationships
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experienced in B2B eCommerce, distribution, manufacturing, or complex product environments
- Familiar with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Knowledge of ERP, PIM, search, and customer account tools
- Experience with large product catalogs, faceted navigation, and personalization
- Background in collaborating with developers or technical teams for platform enhancements
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results
