IDR is seeking a eCommerce Assistant Manager to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role offers a chance to work within a dynamic industry focused on e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain management, providing valuable experience with a prominent organization in the field.
Position Overview for the eCommerce Assistant Manager:
- Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities.
- Coordinate product setup and updates using Shopify Plus and other project management tools.
- Support merchandising strategies, project timelines, and logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and product placement.
- Monitor and troubleshoot e-commerce platform issues, providing analytical solutions.
Requirements for the eCommerce Assistant Manager:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, project management, e-commerce, logistics/supply chain, music business, or related field
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Merchandising, or a Related Field
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office)
- Project Management software experience (Monday.com, Asana) a plus
- Experience or working knowledge of Shopify Plus
