Echo Vascular Technologist (Echo Tech, Vascular Tech) - Summary- Provide expert support to physicians during cardiac, vascular, and neurological interventions.
- Perform both scrub and monitoring roles across a variety of interventional procedures.
- Assist with patient coordination, including admission, recovery, and discharge processes.
- Participate in an emergency after-hours call rotation as part of a committed healthcare team.
- Scrub and monitor for cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology (IR), and interventional neurology procedures.
- Manage access sites and patient symptoms, ensuring the safe removal of sheaths and monitoring for complications.
- Assist with patient admission, recovery, and discharge, coordinating care for both in-patients and out-patients.
- Schedule and manage procedural appointments to optimize workflow and patient experience.
- Serve as the primary assistant to physicians during interventions, maintaining clinical standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling emergency situations and responding rapidly to changes in patient status.
