Dynatrace Engineer - Summary- Lead implementation and management of Dynatrace monitoring solutions for complex microservices environments.
- Develop observability dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide visibility into the full application stack.
- Utilize AI-driven alerting to proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.
- Integrate monitoring platforms with PagerDuty and GCP Console for streamlined incident response.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Tier III Support teams to enhance operational processes.
- Oversee end-to-end Dynatrace monitoring implementation across enterprise ecosystems.
- Create and maintain dashboards that consolidate data from multiple microservices and integrations.
- Implement Real User Monitoring (RUM) for web and mobile applications to assess user satisfaction and application latency.
- Leverage Dynatrace AI (Davis) to establish dynamic thresholds, reduce alert fatigue, and facilitate proactive outage management.
- Ensure seamless integration between Dynatrace, PagerDuty, and GCP for enhanced operational response.
- Support and advise on best practices for observability, automation, and incident management.

- Minimum five years of experience with Dynatrace administration and monitoring at an expert level.
- Strong understanding of observability tools, including PagerDuty and GCP Observability suites.
- Demonstrated success implementing Dynatrace within both web and mobile environments, focusing on complex backend microservices.
- Experience developing smart automations within Dynatrace for both web (OVBS) and mobile (OVSS) platforms.
