Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess and review current Dynamics 365 security roles, privileges, and duties for optimal configuration and compliance.
- Simplify and align custom security roles with standard D365 role-based access control frameworks.
- Establish and maintain security governance standards, including role catalogs, naming conventions, and approval workflows.
- Develop, define, and validate Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices to prevent access conflicts and minimize risk.
- Analyze role-based licensing triggers and propose optimizations to reduce unnecessary licensing costs and maintain compliance.
- Remediate complex or custom security models to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing expert guidance and clear communication on security configurations and updates.
- Participate in ongoing security assessments, audits, and process improvements within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 security, focusing on Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD) design, enforcement, and remediation within D365 environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of D365 roles, duties, privileges, and the impact on licensing.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and optimize complex or custom security models.
