Dynamics 365 Product Manager - Summary- Lead the optimization and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for a healthcare and pharmacy technology leader.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to refine and improve business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on key modules such as Customer Service, Finance & Operations (F&O), and Marketing.
- Analyze organizational needs and design scalable Dynamics 365 solutions that support evolving operational models and business objectives.
- Act as the primary product owner for Dynamics 365 modules, overseeing feature development, prioritization, and hands-on execution.
- Lead agile projects from design through implementation, ensuring enhancements are successfully adopted and deliver intended value.
- Balance long-term strategic planning with effective short-term execution to support sustained organizational growth.
- Drive change management initiatives, focusing on user adoption and process alignment with new Dynamics 365 features and capabilities.
- Partner with technical and functional leads to guide configuration efforts (without direct coding responsibilities), ensuring solutions are well-architected and compliant with industry standards.
- Facilitate large-scale system migrations, such as transitioning from Salesforce to Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration and minimal business disruption.

- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including modules for Customer Service, F&O, and Marketing.
- Proven track record in implementation, change management, and process improvement using Dynamics 365.
- Experience serving as a functional or technical lead with a focus on system configuration rather than software development.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms, especially HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, managing complex requirements and delivering robust solutions.
- Experience with large-scale migrations involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, such as transitioning from Salesforce.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and functions.
