Dynamics 365 Engineer - Summary
The Dynamics 365 Engineer is responsible for the development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This includes configuring application modules, building custom entities, and ensuring robust security and user management. The role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions supporting critical enterprise functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to address specific organizational requirements.
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including the creation of custom entities, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative CRM solutions.
- Implement and manage security settings, user roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft services and cloud applications using REST, SOAP, and Azure Functions.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, system performance, and application security.
- Support ongoing system enhancements and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a development and configuration capacity.
- Expertise in user management, role assignment, and security configuration within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365, including custom entities, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and the integration of Microsoft services.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL, with practical experience working with web services (REST/SOAP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
