DOT Compliance Coordinator - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor DOT compliance documentation, including qualification files, medical cards, and driver qualification files.
- Coordinate with third-party systems to maintain accurate and complete records.
- Stay up to date with DOT/FMCSA regulations and communicate updates to internal teams.
- Conduct compliance audits and assist with investigations related to fleet safety incidents.
- Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Safety teams to ensure ongoing growth and compliance of the program.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of 2 years of related experience in occupational health and safety or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and determine appropriate actions or responses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Completion of OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification.
- Thorough knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations, including compliance methods, techniques, and procedures.
