Dispatch Coordinator - Summary
- The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching service requests for property maintenance and management operations.
- This role ensures timely and efficient responses to resident and client needs, supporting property operations across residential and commercial properties.
- Acts as a liaison between residents, vendors, and internal teams to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming service requests and work orders for residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors to address property issues.
- Monitor the status of open work orders, providing updates to residents and property managers as needed.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and completion notes using property management software.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs, inspections, and other property services.
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and impact to property operations or resident experience.
- Assist in tracking and reporting maintenance metrics, service levels, and completion rates.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Coordinate with property managers to address escalated service issues or recurring maintenance concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, property management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, property management, customer service, or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
