Director of Operations Job DescriptionThe Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the performance of a network of fast-casual and quick-service restaurant locations. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence, and guiding teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Director of Operations reports directly to executive leadership and collaborates closely with district managers and cross-functional teams to drive company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Direct operations across 30 restaurant locations, maintaining full accountability for overall performance and achievement of company goals.
- Lead and develop a team of 6 District Managers, empowering them to foster high-performing teams and meet organizational standards.
- Analyze key operational metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, systems, and training practices throughout all restaurant locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company growth and innovation initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant leadership, preferably within the fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing district-level teams across multiple locations, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
- Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making abilities, with a focus on executing effective operational strategies.
- Dynamic leadership style, emphasizing a people-first approach and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
