- Responsible for the development, implementation, and enhancement of reporting systems supporting clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
- Aligns data strategies with the mission to improve community health outcomes.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the architecture, automation, and continual improvement of enterprise reporting systems, integrating data from Epic (Clarity, Caboodle) and other healthcare sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting tools for clinical quality, access, utilization, and financial performance metrics.
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable data strategies that drive operational effectiveness and support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, ensure data integrity, and promote usability of analytic tools.
- Mentor and guide analytics teams in best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.
- At least 3 years' experience with healthcare quality metrics and Epic reporting systems (Clarity, Caboodle).
- Advanced proficiency in T-SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Certifications in Epic Cogito, Clarity, and/or Caboodle; candidates must meet Epic pre-assessment criteria if certifications are expired.
- High school diploma required; advanced degrees in relevant fields are a plus.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience with migration from SQL Server to Snowflake cloud platforms.
- Strong background in population health management, healthcare informatics, and advanced data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a healthcare environment.
