The Director, Data Analytics & BI (Business Intelligence) is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing data-driven strategies and business intelligence initiatives within a dynamic healthcare organization. As the Director, Data Analytics & BI, you will be tasked with managing the development, automation, and enhancement of data reporting systems. Your work will directly support clinical, quality, access, utilization, and financial performance, ensuring data integrity and actionable intelligence across all departments. This role requires strong collaboration with key stakeholders to create effective dashboards, visualizations, and analytics tools, fostering a robust data-driven culture throughout the organization. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the migration from SQL Server to a cloud-based Snowflake environment, ensuring a seamless transition and optimized data architecture for future growth.
In this full-time position, you will manage data strategies that align with organizational goals and operational efficiency. Serving as the organization’s primary data expert, you will provide actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. Your expertise in healthcare quality metrics, Epic reporting systems (such as Clarity and Caboodle), T-SQL, Python, and statistical modeling will be essential for success in this role. The Director, Data Analytics & BI must also possess a deep understanding of quality measure sets, including HEDIS, UDS, and CMS, and hold relevant certifications in Epic Cogito, Clarity, or Caboodle.
