Digital Marketing Analyst - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily execution tasks, audits, and reconciliation reports with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and positive customer impact.
- Monitor key operational metrics and respond proactively to maintain high performance levels.
- Design, implement, and manage robust processes and database solutions to support business and operational activities.
- Evaluate existing operational processes, develop documentation, and ensure controls are in place for recurring activities.
- Continually assess and optimize Program Support processes, initiating improvements and automation projects as needed.
- Develop business requirements and approach documentation for new marketing and operational capabilities, coordinating with stakeholders across departments.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for the rollout of new features and enhancements.
- Facilitate discussions among cross-functional teams to set project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and products.
- Work closely with Product Owners to deliver projects, enhancements, and production fixes efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital communications or marketing analyst role.
- Proficiency in HTML coding and troubleshooting, particularly for transactional emails.
- Experience in quality assurance (QA) testing for email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of email compliance regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act and SMS industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, though not required.
- Familiarity with retail energy markets or regulated industries is a plus.
- Experience with compliance and legal review processes is desirable.
