The Digital Communications Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution and optimization of marketing channels, while working cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, IT, and product management.

Digital Communications Analyst - Summary
- Serve as a digital communications subject matter expert, supporting the execution and optimization of mass marketing and customer communications campaigns.
- Facilitate the operational analysis and implementation of marketing programs, regulatory activities, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact digital campaigns that align with business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently and collaboratively manage daily execution tasks for digital communications, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits and prepare reconciliation reports, maintaining a focus on customer impact and operational precision.
- Monitor key operational metrics and take necessary action to maintain superior performance across all digital channels.
- Design, implement, and manage robust business processes and database solutions to support evolving marketing and operational needs.
- Evaluate and update existing operational processes, ensuring appropriate controls are in place, and maintain thorough process documentation.
- Continuously assess and improve program support processes, driving system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Develop detailed approach documentation and business requirements for new marketing and operational capabilities, involving all relevant stakeholders in the review process.
- Design, implement, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to validate new digital communication tools and campaign capabilities.
- Facilitate discussions among cross-functional teams to develop timelines for retail campaigns, product launches, and project delivery milestones.
- Work closely with product owners to ensure the successful delivery of projects, enhancements, and production fixes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, IT, project management, or consulting roles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HTML coding and troubleshooting for transactional emails.
- Proven experience in quality assurance (QA) testing for email campaigns.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and related marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of email compliance regulations, such as the CAN-SPAM Act, and SMS industry standards.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Knowledge of retail energy markets or regulated industries is advantageous.
- Experience managing regulatory compliance and legal review processes is a plus.
