Die Cutter Operator - Summary
- Operate offline die cutting machinery in a production setting

Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust die cutting machines including making ready tasks for optimal productivity
- Troubleshoot machine issues, clear jams, and ensure continuous operation
- Oversee and guide general technicians and team members working on equipment
- Ensure quality control by reviewing completed jobs for accuracy and compliance with customer specifications
- Complete all checklists and documentation required for quality and safety standards, including ISO, cGMP, and HACCP requirements
- Enforce adherence to all company safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, providing and receiving feedback as needed
- Motivate and train the crew to improve work quality and efficiency
- Conduct or contribute to team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and process improvements

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of offline die cutting experience in the folding carton industry
- Experience operating die cutters with blanking capability (Cleveland, Bobst preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer and mathematical skills (percentages, weights, and measures)
- Ability to perform additional tasks as required by management
- Permanent US work authorization required
