Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - Summary- Provide acute hemodialysis and renal replacement therapies in hospital environments.
- Travel between assigned hospital campuses to deliver bedside and unit-based treatments.
- Integrate renal care into Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facilities as needed.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical documentation, and interdisciplinary communication.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including extended shifts and on-call rotations.
- Deliver acute hemodialysis treatments to patients in ICU, LTAC, and specialized dialysis units according to physician orders and protocol.
- Provide clinical coverage across multiple hospital sites, ensuring seamless service continuity.
- Assess patient status before, during, and after dialysis treatments, documenting all relevant clinical information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient care and renal treatment plans.
