Diagnostic Radiologist (Remote) | Locum Tenens - Summary
- Remote, full-time locum tenens position with Optigy
- Provide diagnostic radiology coverage for multiple healthcare sites in southeastern Wisconsin
- Flexible weekday and weekend shifts, with priority given to overnight and weekend day coverage

Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret a wide range of imaging studies across all diagnostic radiology modalities
- Deliver high-quality, timely reports using PowerScribe 4.0 and RPCE technology platforms
- Handle high-volume caseload, targeting approximately 75 RVUs per shift, with unlimited volume potential based on availability and productivity
- Participate in a collaborative virtual team environment to ensure continuity of care
- Prioritize overnight (1am–8am) and weekend (8am–5pm) shifts as needed for coverage
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Complete credentialing and onboarding process, typically within 90 days
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive compensation structure based on RVU productivity (e.g., $25–$50 per RVU)
- Overtime pay applicable after 9 hours daily or 168 hours weekly

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR); fellowship not required
- Prior experience in teleradiology or telehealth settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interpret a full spectrum of diagnostic radiology modalities
- Comfortable managing high-volume case loads
- Eligible for credentialing, typically completed within 90 days
