Diagnostic Radiologist (Remote) | Summary
- Perform remote diagnostic imaging interpretations across multiple modalities, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and X-ray.
- Work evening (5pm–12am MST) and overnight (12am–8am MST) shifts, seven days a week, with holiday coverage as needed.
- Support urgent and routine exam types, including STAT, stroke, and urgent imaging cases.
- Utilize advanced technology platforms such as RPCE and PowerScribe 4.0 for reporting and workflow management.
- Meet established productivity minimums: 76 RVUs per evening shift and 42 RVUs per overnight shift.
- Credentialing process averages 90 days, with temporary privileges available for strong candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret and report on a full spectrum of diagnostic imaging studies, including general diagnostic, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and X-ray exams.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of urgent and routine exams, adhering to established turnaround times and quality standards.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare team members to support patient care decisions.
- Maintain proficiency in remote radiology technologies and workflow tools such as RPCE and PowerScribe 4.0.
- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and privacy standards applicable to remote diagnostic radiology.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain board certification status.
- Provide reliable coverage during assigned evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Salary & Benefits
- Compensation is structured on a per-RVU basis, with separate rates for evening and overnight shifts.
- Overtime is available after 10 hours daily and 168 hours weekly.

Qualifications & Requirements
- ABR or AOBR Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology.

- Prior teleradiology experience is required.

- Access to a secure home workstation with sufficient bandwidth to support remote diagnostic imaging interpretation.
