- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, technologists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all imaging findings and interpretations in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives to support best practices in diagnostic radiology.
- Adapt to varying department schedules and site-specific protocols, demonstrating flexibility in work assignments and call coverage as required.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited diagnostic radiology residency program.
- Active and unrestricted California medical license required.
- Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or equivalent national certification.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnostic imaging with the ability to interpret a variety of radiological studies.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to patient care.
- Clean malpractice and background history preferred for streamlined credentialing.
