Key Responsibilities- Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, ensuring timely and accurate results for patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with referring physicians and clinical team members to facilitate coordinated patient management.
- Follow standardized protocols and best practices in diagnostic radiology to maintain quality and consistency in imaging interpretation.
- Provide clear, concise written and verbal reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives as required.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations related to radiology practice and patient privacy.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree, with completion of an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology by the relevant national board.
- Current, unrestricted California medical license required for this assignment in Fountain Valley, CA.
- Demonstrated history of clean malpractice and background records preferred for expedited credentialing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare team members and patients.
- Ability to adapt to varying clinical schedules and departmental needs.
