Palm Health Resources is seeking a dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist – Body Imaging, Teleradiology to deliver expert interpretation of body imaging studies, including chest, abdomen, and pelvis, through a fully remote teleradiology platform. This opportunity provides a flexible schedule with structured coverage for weekends and holidays, supporting a community-based radiology service in Baltimore, Maryland. As a key member of a distributed clinical team, the Diagnostic Radiologist – Body Imaging, Teleradiology ensures the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

The Diagnostic Radiologist – Body Imaging, Teleradiology will focus on interpreting a wide variety of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, and radiography, with a primary responsibility for high-volume outpatient and inpatient examinations. The position operates within a shared coverage model, facilitating comprehensive support for emergency, inpatient, and scheduled imaging workflows. Radiologists in this role are expected to provide timely and accurate reads, contributing to patient care across multiple facilities. All clinical responsibilities are strictly diagnostic, with no procedural components.

Coverage for the Diagnostic Radiologist – Body Imaging, Teleradiology is specifically required during weekends and holidays, with 8-hour shifts available in several time blocks: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. A minimum commitment of six months is expected, ensuring continuity and reliability for the radiology service. The role is seamlessly integrated into established imaging workflows, requiring proficiency with platforms such as Epic, Carestream, and PowerScribe for image review, reporting, and documentation.

Applicants for the Diagnostic Radiologist – Body Imaging, Teleradiology must possess or be eligible for active medical licensure in Maryland and the District of Columbia. The Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is accepted, facilitating eligibility for qualified candidates. Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is mandatory, and fellowship training in Body Imaging is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume environments, demonstrates strong independent work skills in a remote setting, and excels in maintaining effective communication with a distributed team.
