Optigy is seeking a highly qualified and board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist (ABR/AOBR) for a locum tenens, remote opportunity serving healthcare sites across Southeast Wisconsin. This role is ideal for radiologists who are comfortable with a broad range of imaging modalities, possess strong productivity skills, and thrive in a high-volume, technology-driven environment. This full-time remote position provides flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere while supporting multiple clinical sites.
As a Diagnostic Radiologist in this locum assignment, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring timely and accurate diagnostic interpretations for a diverse patient population. The role requires coverage of both weekday and weekend shifts, with particular need for weekend daytime (8am–5pm) and overnight (1am–8am) availability. There is no on-call requirement, providing a structured and predictable schedule. The average workload is approximately 75 RVUs per shift, with unlimited volume potential for those looking to maximize productivity.
Diagnostic Radiologists in this role will utilize state-of-the-art technology, including PowerScribe 4.0 and RPCE, to facilitate efficient workflow and high-quality reporting. The remote setting allows you to contribute your expertise from the comfort of your chosen location, while collaborating with a dedicated team committed to clinical excellence. This position is designed for radiologists who are comfortable managing a wide modality mix and are experienced in teleradiology environments.
Credentialing is streamlined, typically taking approximately 90 days. You will be working with a supportive administrative team that values your expertise and ensures you have the resources needed for success. The compensation structure is based on a per RVU rate, offering a competitive earning potential. Overtime is available daily after 9 hours and weekly after 168 hours, providing additional opportunities for those seeking extra shifts.
