Diagnostic/Interventional Radiologist (DX/IR Radiologist) - Summary- Full-time role in a high-volume medical imaging department
- Opportunity to cross-credential and gain experience at multiple facilities
- Utilize advanced EMR and PACS systems
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Perform a comprehensive range of diagnostic radiology procedures, including X-ray (XR), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MR), ultrasound (US), and nuclear medicine (NM)
- Conduct interventional radiology procedures with precision and attention to patient safety
- Maintain high productivity by interpreting 100-120 studies per day, achieving 80-90 RVUs per shift, and meeting 10-12 RVUs per hour expectations
- Contribute to the workflow by adapting to various shift times (7a-3p or 4p-11p EST), including weekends
- Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and Dolby Dictation System for voice recognition
- Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory and facility policies

- Eligibility for temporary privileges for expedited onboarding (with clean file)

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
- Active or eligible for state medical licensure (willing to assist in the licensure process; credentialing begins upon license issuance)
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, DEA, and PALS
- Demonstrated proficiency in general diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and digital dictation systems preferred
- Experienced in managing high-volume diagnostic workloads
- Able to adapt to various imaging modalities and procedural demands (XR, CT, MR, US, NM)
- Flexible and open to varying shift schedules, including weekends
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Willing to cross-credential at multiple facilities as needed
- Credentialing process averages 120 days; expedited for those with clean files
- Minimum commitment of one week per month required
