Desktop Support Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for network printers and related infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Assist in the configuration and modification of printer administrative settings, including network connectivity and security protocols.
- Work with a team to support the transition and updating of SMTP settings for approximately 2,500 printers.
- Log into printer web interfaces to modify network settings, update firmware, and manage address books as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones and meet established deadlines.
- Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for communication, scheduling, and project tracking.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of changes and configurations.
