Desktop Engineer (SCCM/MECM) - Summary
- Design, build, and maintain standardized Windows desktop environments across the enterprise.
- Lead image creation, application packaging, and software deployment efforts using SCCM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Automate processes and manage updates through PowerShell scripting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Windows desktop images for consistent enterprise deployment.
- Package and deploy software applications using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Implement and automate regular system patching and updates to maintain high security standards.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting to streamline administrative tasks and automate routine processes.
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure and support teams to resolve user issues and improve system reliability.
- Monitor endpoint security tools to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SCCM/MECM, including task sequencing, application packaging, and OS deployment.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and process improvement.
- Experience with endpoint security tools and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent documentation and advanced troubleshooting skills.
