Dermatologist (MD/DO) – Full-Time – Florida Panhandle

The practice is part of a well-established network of over 38 dermatologists across the Southeast, fostering a collaborative environment and a strong referral system. As a Dermatologist (MD/DO) in this group, you will have the support of a dedicated advanced practice provider (APP), a medical assistant/scribe, and on-site MOHS surgery three days a week. This ensures smooth patient flow and allows you to focus on delivering top-quality care.
Enjoy working in a general dermatology setting with the option to incorporate cosmetic dermatology if desired. The clinic is designed for efficiency, with a typical patient volume of 30 to 40 patients per day, fully supported by a scribe and administrative staff. This is a 100% outpatient position with no call requirements, offering a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday plus an optional half-day on Friday, allowing for excellent work-life balance.
Strong community demand has led to a two-month appointment backlog, providing immediate access to a loyal patient base and consistent patient growth. The group is physician-owned, prioritizing autonomy, clinical excellence, and a collegial atmosphere. Compensation is highly competitive, with a guaranteed base salary and significant earning potential through a productivity model.
