As a Dentist (DDS/DMD), you will conduct a full scope general practice, delivering diagnosis, treatment, and preventive dental services to both pediatric and adult patients. Your expertise will be instrumental in educating patients about dental hygiene, promoting lifelong oral health, and serving as a trusted consultant to other healthcare professionals within our network. Dentist (DDS/DMD) - Summary
- Provide comprehensive general dental care to pediatric and adult patients
- Emphasize preventive care and patient education in dental hygiene
- Serve as a consultant to other healthcare professionals within the organization

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care to patients of all ages
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental practices
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize care and productivity
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development programs
- Travel as needed for outreach or multi-site support
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
- Work occasional Saturday shifts and demonstrate schedule flexibility as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of dentistry
- Valid D.D.S. or D.M.D. license to practice dentistry
- Thorough knowledge of general and pediatric dentistry principles and practices
- Current CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred; other languages desirable
- Strong reasoning abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
