Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of linens and goods to customers.
- Ensures compliance with all company and DOT safety requirements.
- Maintains professional conduct and appearance at all times.
- Operates company vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Provides excellent customer service during all deliveries.
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer locations, tagging each cart as required.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs daily, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Weigh all soiled linens under the correct customer account and deliver to the designated soil room.
- Disinfect vehicles after each soil pickup to maintain hygiene standards.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Report any mechanical issues or vehicle concerns to management promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Submit a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report each day before starting deliveries.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and wear the designated company uniform daily.
- Follow company attendance policies and demonstrate reliability in scheduling.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed to support daily operations.
