Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials during evening and overnight shifts.
- Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer locations, ensuring proper tagging and documentation.
- Complete all required paperwork and delivery logs accurately and submit them daily.
- Weigh and log all soiled materials under correct customer information and deliver to designated areas as instructed.
- Disinfect vehicles after each pickup from customer locations.
- Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the chief engineer promptly.
- Follow all company and DOT documentation, certification, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing the company uniform.
- Turn in a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
