The Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) position is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of products to customers, while upholding strict adherence to company policies, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and safety standards. This role focuses on the transportation of linen goods between company facilities and customer locations, without the requirement for a commercial driver’s license (CDL). The Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) plays a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, supporting operational efficiency, and representing the company with professionalism on every route.

Working as a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you are expected to operate company vehicles during designated shift hours and to follow all company and DOT requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading linen carts, maintaining accurate delivery logs and vehicle documentation, and ensuring that all company equipment and vehicles are kept in a clean and organized condition. You are also expected to report mechanical issues promptly and to follow universal precautions and proper safety procedures during all operational activities. In this role, the ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and manage wheeled carts is essential.

Adhering to the company’s standards of conduct, including wearing the proper uniform and maintaining a neat appearance, is required each workday. As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will work scheduled second-shift hours, which may include weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs. Maintaining a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and successfully passing a DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check are essential requirements for this position. The role also requires prompt and accurate completion of all required paperwork, such as vehicle inspection reports and customer delivery logs.
