Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary- Responsible for the transportation of linen carts and products between company facilities and customer locations.
- Ensures deliveries are accurate, timely, and in compliance with all company and DOT regulations.
- Maintains a professional appearance and upholds company standards at all times.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up linen carts, tagging and weighing each cart as required.
- Load and unload linen carts at both company and customer locations.
- Completely fill out all required paperwork, logs, and vehicle inspection reports daily.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and disinfect vehicles after each soil pick up.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and universal precautions when handling materials.
- Report any mechanical issues promptly to the chief engineer or designated personnel.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance in uniform as per company policy.
- Report any issues related to customer service and satisfaction to management.
