As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will be responsible for transporting linen carts between company facilities and customer sites. This includes accurate loading and unloading of carts, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of company vehicles. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, reporting any maintenance concerns promptly, and providing outstanding customer service at all touchpoints. Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary
- Responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery and collection of linen products to and from customer locations.
- Maintains compliance with DOT and company safety standards at all times.
- Represents the company with professionalism and courteous service.
- Ensures all documentation and vehicle inspections are completed and submitted daily.
- Operates within established shift hours, including evenings and potential weekend or holiday shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload linen carts at the company facility and customer locations, ensuring each cart is properly tagged and accounted for.
- Complete all required paperwork, logs, and reports accurately and turn them in at the end of each shift.
- Weigh soiled linens under the correct customer account and deliver them to the designated soil room.
- Disinfect vehicles after each pick-up to maintain sanitation standards.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in good working order; report any mechanical issues promptly to the chief engineer.
- Adhere to all Core Linen Services policies, including attendance and uniform requirements.
- Follow all universal precautions and safety procedures, especially when handling soiled materials.
- Turn in a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report before every shift.
- Deliver excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues related to customer satisfaction promptly and professionally.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check.
- Physically able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 700 lbs.
- Comfortable working second shift hours: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail in completing logs, paperwork, and vehicle inspections.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform requirements.
