Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) - Summary
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of linen carts to and from customer locations.
- Ensures compliance with all DOT and company safety protocols and documentation requirements.
- Maintains professional appearance and represents the company positively in all interactions.
- Supports operational objectives by maintaining equipment organization and cleanliness.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload linen carts at company and customer facilities, tagging each cart accurately.
- Complete all required delivery paperwork, logs, and documentation daily.
- Weigh and record soil linen properly under each customer account and deliver to appropriate area.
- Disinfect vehicles after each soil pickup to maintain hygiene standards.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Submit daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Follow all safety and universal precaution procedures, especially when handling soiled materials.
- Report mechanical issues and customer service concerns promptly to designated personnel.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and uniform requirements, as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.
